The Alkimos Shipwreck

The Akimos was a ship that wrecked near Mindarie Keys about 40 minutes from Perth in Western Australia. The ship was seemingly cursed to suffer at the hands of unfortunate fate. Once used to transport German prisoners of war it is said that many passengers and sailors alike reported witnessing ghosts onboard. Eventually it would run aground off the coast of Western Australia and was left to rot. Some the reported phenomena include mysterious fires, body parts found to have been found near the wreck and the sighting of a ghost named Harry has been seen dressed in oilskins.
