In 1942 Eileen Arnold was walking Cheltenham High Street when something strange altered her state of consciousness. Eileen reported seeing a large oval shape floating slowly above the rooftops. She further reported noticing it had holes that radiated light and quills that detached one by one. After the encounter Eileen claimed to have experienced various psychic episodes.
