Leeds Industrial Museum at Armley Mills

Located in Leeds, West Yorkshire, the former Armley Mill is a testament to the hard life that mill employees endured. Safety was not a priority during the industrial revolution, so quite often workers were injured or killed by machinery. Consequently, the remaining mill sites are home to numerous ghosts. Armley is inhabited by a Victorian-era lady who seems to be searching for a lost child, and there have been sightings of a man in a top hat. Other reports of paranormal activity include the sound of doors slamming and footsteps that cannot be explained by humans.
