Imprisoned Souls - The Ghosts of Napier Prison

Napier is a town located on the east coast of New Zealand’s north island. Napier is home to a prison that’s is host to at least two spirits. One of these spirits is reported to be  violent killer Roland Herbert Edwards who was responsible for killing his wife and four of his children. Kereopa Te Rau is another one of the prisons former residents that is said to remain. Kereopa Te Rau killed a German missionary in 1871 and was hung at the prison. Some the encounters witnessed include doors slamming, strange smells and footsteps among others…more info in the links below
